Policy Commitment on Environment Social & Governance

At Evolve Consulting we have developed our expertise in the field of Governance, risk, compliance and Environment Social & Governance (ESG) . We advise businesses on operational implementation in our areas of expertise.

Evolve Consulting advises on reporting, including double materiality and data collection, ESG transformation, issue management, stakeholder engagement, and responsibility in business relationships, and communication as well.

Our strategic objective is to contribute to the fulfilment of the Global Goal target ‘Upgrade all industries and infrastructures for sustainability’. This in close interaction with our contribution to creating best practice at our clients. We seek to influence decision takers outside our clients to enhance the sustainability and resilience as well as consistently communicated on the topic. 

Our Sustainability 

Our commitment means, that we continuously identify, prevent, or mitigate our risks of adverse impacts in relation to all core areas of sustainability, as defined by the EU directives and guidelines. We manage this through regular operational level impact assessments covering all areas, and we communicate how we manage adverse impacts to relevant stakeholders.

Our expectations to employees

Our employees are core for us in meeting the legislation and our commitments. We expect all employees at Evolve Consulting to assist us in fulfilling our commitment. We embed our commitment in the daily work of both our employees and management through training, communication, and developments. We urge our employees to bring forward any good ideas for how a) to identify, prevent, mitigate or remediate our adverse impacts on sustainable conditions and b) to make a positive impact.

Our expectations to business relationships

We expect all our business relationships – customers, vendors and other relationships - to meet ESG related legislation and internationally agreed minimum standard for responsible business conduct. We expect they manage risks of adverse impacts in relation to environmental, social and economic sustainability, and be prepared to share their results with relevant stakeholders. We also expect them to ask the same from their business relationships. 

We also expect that information about severe impacts shall be communicated officially or directly to us as soon as possible.

Stakeholders

This policy commitment is reflected in all other policies, guidelines, and procedures in Evolve Consulting. We urge our employees and main stakeholders to inform us about challenges to  the main elements of ESG associated with our services or business relationships.

Policy Commitment Development

This policy is developed by our internal experts and approved by the owners and Directors. The policy commitment is communicated both internally and externally. The policy commitment will periodically be reviewed revised as necessary.
